They are still trying, but I imagine that will change when a second wave of buying comes in later today. We have that permit and that was the only thing holding this stock back. This is gonna keep climbing and there will be no holding it back, it has the potential to be extremely huge and once thats partially/fully realised, who knows how high we can go.
