I agree, it doesn,t matter to me either if it is the permit and our sp doesn,t rise much. Eventually it will! I have seen with some stocks as of late, a delayed reaction. They come out with good news and it takes 2-5 days for the stock to take off.If this is the permit, we will rise eventually, hang on!
