The sentence above was taken from IGD,s news release of yesterday. It was also in their news release a few months ago. They have raised just over a million dollars, which in no doubt most will be used for aqusitions. Its not very much cash for doing aqusitions with, but enough for a few option agreements.

SLI has several properties that can be optioned. Vilcoro, South Rim and the Strawberry Flats. Lets see if IGD takes any of these properties. I hope they dont take the Vilcoro because I want to see us drilling that at the same time we are drilling the Tesoro.But who knows, if the Tesoro/SLI is sold in 6 months, management would already have a jump start on the Vilcoro and we could put some of our buy out money there.

I am guessing that the South Rim property will be optioned to IGD. Thats a huge property and has very little exploration done on it. It has the potential to make a company with just this one property, plus its in B.C. where the Beaverdell property lies.

If we start to see things like this happen, I would say we would be getting close to a buyout. If SLI sells the Tesoro, they may want another flagship property, where will they go to find this. The recent increase in metal prices has caused staking rushes and a lot of good properties have been snatched up. Wouldn,t it make sense for us to focus on the properties we already have? These properties have been kept up and work could be started on them quicker than getting a new property. The recent Yukon staking rush has left little to none land to stake there. Its a hot spot now but I dont think we have any property there. Also in our financials, there is mention of 3 other properties that we own that I can find no info on. I would imagine they were aquired by looking at some prospectors reports and the company thought them worth while.

So many properties, so many avenues, who or why would anyone sell stock in this company that has such a prosperous future.
