IMO, SLI would not lose value because this divestiture would be done at/close to the time when the SLI entity is sold completely. Shareholders would not lose a thing because the value of this would be exchanged to IGD shares. Another thing to ponder, these properties, if developed by IGD, are worth multiples of what the transaction price is.
