Most likely a value would be placed on all the other properies and shares of IGD given to each SLI shareholder on a pro rata basis in exchange for their share of the properties. For instance; say all of SLI,s other properties equated to a value of $1 per share and IGD was trading at .40, then you would get 2.5 shares of IGD for each SLI share you held. IGD only has 16 m shares or so fully diluted at this time, it would be a prime canadate for this type of transaction. The dilution would be worth it if you were getting this many properties adding immensly to the value of IGD. It seems management is already set up in IGD waiting for something other than just running that company. Its hard enough to run SLI when things get going rather than 2 companies.
This may seem fantastic to most, but to me it makes some sense.
