I was just thinking how remarkable our sp has been over the last 6 months. With what I would call no news (except for the 3D), we have managed to hold a decent stock price.

It has been said before that some funds and investors wait on the sidelines until a permit is produced. If thats the case with us, then all the promo over the last 6 months should surely have some interested that are still just watching. When that permit announcement is made, will it be accompanied by serious buying?

I would think so. I would like to know the number that are currently waiting on the sidelines. I would like to know how many shares will be sold on an sp increase due to a permit release. If this number of shares sold is little or none, where will our sp go on this kind of a release? Counting up the shares on the ask side for the last week or so, shows that a high volume day could blow the doors off on the upside. I mean, who would sell after permit news? This could be followed by the AMEX listing, opening the flood gates for more south side interests.

For all the shares held now, that were not sold without the permit release, some big guys may find it hard to get a sizable position without pushing the sp up impressively. It will be their choice, to either pay a hefty price to get a piece of the pie, or watch someone else take it before their eyes. They have had months to do DD and no doubt know the potential here by now. As a matter of fact, the longer we went without the permit release , it allowed more to do their DD and be ready for when it is announced.

I guess what I am thinking, is that maybe the long wait for the permit is not a bad thing, but rather a good thing because of this.
