Drill permits were submitted in august., as per the 43101 report. We were given a time frame of 180 days by the peruvian government. I take that to mean business days. Governments DO NOT work saturdays, sundays, holidays ect., which means sometime in May depending on the holidays in Peru. If a bank tells you that something will take 5 days, what do they mean by that? On page 38 of the 43101 it outlines the execution plan for Tesoro. IMO the project manager has been to Peru to plan trenching ect. SLI has never planned to be drilling before May as stated in the 43101. To me everything looks like it is going according to plan and with Lori buying it supports my opinon.
