This taken from the Technical Report;
There is no permanent population, no local inhabitants and no established rights for local surface
land use of the Property.
Also this;
The nearest community, Otapara, lies 39 km southwest from the Property and takes
two (2) hours travel time by vehicle to reach it.
I don,t know why the permits are taking so long. It appears that we didn,t have to contend with any the above, which are respectable hinderances with other projects.
The rainy season is pretty much over now, its from Dec-May, and the Acari can be crossed by 4 whell drive pretty much about now. It was said in the report that year round access is there anyway, via the longer backroad route. I am just curious how the recent geo trip accessed the property, if the river was low enough then.
So, again after searching a bit, I see no reason why we shouldn,t have the permits by now.
Anyhow, who,s up next for permit date?
