It really doesn,t matter to SLI who wins the election. The permits are handled at the bureau level and any effect the election would have on this bureaucracy would take months if not years to impliment. The taxes that are speculated should a certain runner win, would/will apply to miners. There is no taxes that I know of charged to an explo company. Any implications the election will have on mining should not at all effect us in the short term. If mining taxes are raised in the future, then this may play a small part in our buyout price. Peru needs the foreign investment to survive, no body in their right mind would jeopardize that.

So, worried about the election outcome?
