Top one are the warrants , the options are below, but no options were in danger of expiring soon.

Number of shares Price per Share Expiry date

300,000 0.15 March 6, 2011

1,225,000 0.15 July 30, 2011

So, if these shares sold today were to exercise the warrants that would expire today, they would have needed approx $195K. The math below;

521666 warrants x .375 (average warrant price) =$195624.75

There was approx $379k worth sold today. That leaves $183k that I cant account for at this time. There is most likely error in my .375 average and this could possibly be biased lower.

We will not know the true nature of these transactions today until they are recorded. I have noticed that sometimes there are mistakes made in daily insider trading summaries and therefore would not entirely rely on their accuracy. I have seen buys registered as sells in the past, and vice versa. And it also depends on what type of transaction takes place to how it will be recorded.

So for now, I would not jump the gun. It appears insider/s sold this morning, but at the end of the day, National Bank went in and took our sp back up. Management is not gonna be on a trip looking for new investors if they dont have something great to offer. I am expecting a reasonable explanation to this.
