I'm pretty sure that there is a lot of anticipation of SLI getting the drill permit therefore quite a bit of buying. Traders are not necessarily shorters but in my terms means simply someone that bought shares at one price and are happy with preselected amount of profit. One trader may be buying in and another selling out. I call shorters SHORTERS among other things. The chance of them working on this stock is very real. I'm sure management co-ordinates there moves with the shorters in mind.
