As Silverback posted, Richfield is being acquired by New Gold. Approx $10.38 per share. Looks like a good deal at trading close, because it was only at $9.92 (however, up $1.99 or 25% on 5.8 Million Volume)

Anyways, here's a link to look at, I need to do more looking, but it looks as though they had Quantec do some work as well. I'm not done, but I thought I'd post it now, and have many more eyes looking (and smarter eyes than mine I should add!)
