When doubt and fear starts to enter into my trading I have usually lost money or at least not realized the gains I could have made. Look at the timing of SLI news releases. We usually get something every month or so, and news is due. What I got out of the Dynacor news when related to SLI is that the mining industry is exploding in Peru. Do you think the gov't was prepared for almost double the amount of action from last year.

Permits are being approved, ours will come. Also China is lurking. As far as the road to her Tesoro goes, if the resource is there the road will be upgraded. I have spent most of my career in the oil industry and when a discovery is made the infastructure to deliver the product to a market is automatic.

The story has not changed and when some posters say nothing is happening or when I am in doubt I read this and I get grounded again.
