Bottom Line, anyone I've seen, when it is announced, the shares will trade the approx equivalent value of the deal, or possibly more, and usually lots of volume, while everything is taking place, so, there is usually lots of oppurtunity to get out along the way as well. But, Hostile, Management does have things in place to try prevent things like that.

Your takeover target sentence, well IMO, there is no doubt this will happen, the question is, how much will SLI be able to prove up, to maximize this value for all of us, before too many investors let too many shares slip away?
