Have not done any math for a bit, but it's time, we have many new people on this board, and we've had some excellent posts lately with Dynacor, Aurelian Takeout, Prime's & Hogs pictures, etc.
I posted back on March 13, about using a scaling factor, which was used by Gluckstein & Silverspoon coverage back in June, 2010. They scaled the estimated ore tonnage quite a bit (multiply by 0.32), as per the NI 43-101 Inferred Ore Tonnage. I said from then on, I would do the same, and asked we all do it the same way, just to be consistent.
As well, I posted last night, the Aurelian followup to Sculpin's link about the average price per OZ buyout price. To me , and the price of gold, it should be close to $400 per OZ, but I said to be conservative we should use $200. I know Silverback has posted in the past suggesting $100 per OZ, and I respect his thoughts. So, to split the difference, lets use $150 per OZ. Also, I'll use 115 Million shares outstanding. Also, this is only the 1 anomally with the dimensions SLI gave in the NR (possibly still open to depth, and only 1 anomally) And only 1G/T
My point here, is to be as conservative as I can, we know we need drills to prove, but this should be conservative IMO. The bottom Line, as we get going, I want everyone, especially the new readers of this forum, to see what we've all seen for quite sometime now. Hanging on to your shares, obviously is up to each individual, BUT, hopefully this helps you decide, just what you might expect (sure be nice to not let go too early):
Zona Central Anomally Only:
1800M X 1700M X 1300M X 2.5T/M3 X 0.32 X 1g/T X 1OZ/31.1g X $150/OZ /115 Million O/S shares
This one Anomally would give you $133.47 per share (at all these very conservative numbers & a huge scaling factor)
I know I'm not selling early!
