I'm pretty sure that with the high expectations of the drill permit and the chance of a healthy rise in the s.p, the drill permit will likely be a news relaease. Also a chance that there may be a short trading halt prior to news release. I suspect that there are many buyers out there that won't buy until they see the permit.
