Good post, highrigger. I am in agreement.Also would like to add, even though the POG will allow a bit more gold show up in reserve estimates, making it look like the supply is there. In fact, that supply is only there should the POG stay high. If the POG drops, then the cut-off grades go up, hence less supply. There are companies out there now that are using ridiculously low cut off grades that if mined may cost close to $1000 per ounce to process,
I would tend to disagree with the guy in the video, he is only looking at some math, NOT the whole picture.
