The statement above , made in my previous post, should not read this way. Century Mining is rather Merging with the other company IF shareholders approve. But, I guess it is still interesting due to the fact that someone else has interest in this region.

Sorry for any confusion, the article led me to beleive that an aqusition may have been in play, slight difference.
