It has been very evident over the last while, since the first Titan images came out last year, that there has been someone fooling with our sp. Their attempts at driving down the sp would be suggestive of an accumulation method. Now I wonder why anyone would so seriously want to accumulate as many shares as they can before our first drill results come in OR before the sp gets higher.

There is no doubt in my mind that many geologists from big gold companies have looked at SLI and the potential of the Tesoro. The geos in these big companies are definitly pro,s and can smell a nice deposit miles away, its their job. I asked the question at the PDAC, to a couple small companies there, if they heard tell of SLI, just to see if we were a name circulating around the industry. The answer was yes, but they would just say they heard that SLI might have a nice deposit. There were other bigger companies that I wanted to ask the same question to, but their booths were full and I couldnt get a main person aside to ask this. My research on this was incomplete, but the indication was that we are probably known in the big industry side also.

There are a number of ways to take over a company, some of them honorable, some not. I would like to talk about the latter.

One method that I have seen over the years used by companies to take over others, is share accumulation. The company that is thinking of trying to take over another will get a handful of different brokers working for them trying to accumulate as many shares as they can. Say the company suggests to 7 different brokers that they want to make a run at SLI. The brokers stand to make a very handsom profit and will most likely jump on board. So, we now have 7 brokers in co hoots with a company that is planning on taking over a company.

Keep in mind that usually in a takeover situation, the attempting company needs over 50% of the target companies shares voted in approval of the takeover. This is a large number of shares of any company, but not impossible to do. So, these 7 brokers get to work, helping each other to aquire up to 9% of the shares each, if they aquire 10% of the companies shares they would have to publicly disclose that position and issue an early warning statement. But, they do not want the public knowing what they are doing, so they keep the amount of shares they aquire UNDER the 10% each. So, you have 7 brokers now sitting with a total of 51% of the shares in their hands. After all their games of sp manipulation and scaring shareholders, they have the controlling interest they need to virtually hand the company over to the big company that orchestrated this.

Most of us on this board by now, know that this stock has the potential to go to $100 per share IF there is gold in the anomalies. We have presented evidence of this over the last couple days (again, many times now) and will present more in the next few days. For us to be able to get a high share price, we have to hold on to every share we can. We have to limit the amount of shares that are out there, so we cant be taken over on the CHEAP. I beleive we have way over the 50% shares in safe hands, but I am not sure. Its in every shareholders best interests to hold what shares they have and aquire more as you feel content to do so. This way, we are ruling out that technique for a company to come in through the back door and steal our investment from us.

When something has the potential to be very valuable, as does the Tesoro, GREED will kick in by those wanting to buy the Tesoro. There are ruthless people out there and when a lot of money stands to be made, you can be damn sure its gonna attract a lot of attention from these types.

If you beleive in this investment, support it and stick together so we can maintain this STRONG sharebase I beleive we have. For each shareholder that does this, it just ups the value of your SLI holdings a little bit more each day. For everyday we succeed in this, it brings us one day closer to a greater buyout price.

We are undoubtedly going to see further attacks on our sp, but as time goes on, and more shares are bought and HELD by safe hands, then these attacks will diminish in intensity, whereas there are fewer shares for the perpetrators to work with.
