It shows up on Cdn Insider as well. That info was provided as well at the AGM, and in the "Management Information Circular" dated Oct 21, 2010

Yes he was able to exercise 300K options on Mar 06, 2011

As far as I'm concerned, he absolutely deserves these, and a whole bunch more!
