Interesting question. I did attend Rick Rule's talk at the Investors Forum on Sunday. He is very informative and funny. He does know his stuff. He believes, along with the rest of the Sprott team, that Silver will out pace gold.

I took a look at some of the silver producers and here are two names that Sculpin and I came up with at the show, Bear Creek in Peru and ECU Silver Mining Inc. in Mexico. I got their brochures and talked just a tad with their staff.

The funny thing with Bear Creek is the fact that their Santa Ana property is "currently in the permitting stage and they expect to submit the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment to the Peruvian authorities before the end of the year". This NR was dated, Oct.10, 2010...

Without having done any DD yet, on my part, I would at this point, pick ECU Silver Mining Inc...
