I talked to Murry today, he is in Vancouver for meetings. Then they are off to Florida for the invitiational presentations. He can't comment on the permit release until it is publically released. Although we had a good conversation, he was pretty upbeat and says things are looking very good for us.

It is no secret we are seeing some strategic manipulation with our stock, he is aware of this topic. He just said once this all shakes out; can you imagine the impact on the sp when this gets cleared up. One day this will comeback to bite them hard. I really hope the permit will end there mandate and cost them as well.

I can't help but thinking there is a purpose for the delay in releasing some more news. Timing is everything and IMO management needs to ensure this is handled carefully and strategically. So far, so good - as frustrating as it can be at times.
