Message: Interesting Article on Ore Deposits

An excellent composition! IMO, at the Tesoro, we have almost every situation described in this article. This article appears to be as up to date as you can get on geologist opinions and think this can be readily applied to most of the Tesoro. As I have said some time ago on here, there were different events responsible for the Tesoro deposition, and this article pretty well explains how that could be.

Keep in mind also plate tectonics and that the shape of the earth changes constantly. At the MAIN time of deposition, the landscape of Tesoro could have been much different. To fully understand how the deposits are formed, you have to somehow look back at the conditions and landscape at the time of formation. The evidence of volcanics and faults at the Tesoro should stick out like a sore thumb showing that different events did happen and also happened several times. You also have to keep in mind that that part of the earth is pretty active and this activity is ongoing.

To me, it gets real interesting when you look at all these aspects and put them all together for the Tesoro. Its really amazing to see how each part falls in place with what we know and think about geological activity. To me, this also explains WHY there could be so much gold at Tesoro.
