Excellent point hilljilly! I thought that 3000 number seemed high. I have 5 different family from this household invested and I do have a couple of freinds that I think only have one account. The average should be close to 3 investors per household, but lets say 2, so that leaves at a max of around 1500 different groups. You may be able to dwindle that down further yet.
The point I am trying to make is; this is where our biggest strength is coming from!
So, forget about all the mineral calculations for a minute, the strength of families holding SLI is another important factor in calculating value that no one seems to be taking into consideration.
I havent really seen a stock like this before, so compassionately held by SO MANY! Just another reason why SLI is so unique! This further lends credence to my comment that our share float is really not as big as it states anywhere. In fact, it is probably more like 20 million shares floating that keep getting partly gobbled up daily by us FAMILY.
It also gets back to what Hog and I posted about months ago. If we have 70% of the shares outstanding in safe hands, we can pretty much dictate what our buyout price will be! If we all hang in here and dont sell, and go by Lori,s direction as our leader, when an offer arises, we will get a FAIR price for the Tesoro. I beleive she knows she has the bargaining power behind her and can take us shareholders on one amazing ride to the top.
Think this is b/s, think again!
