This is quite a long read, 7 pages. I found it real interesting though because I knew they were a behind the scenes type, they were involved with Prodeco, that had jv,ed a property of GWY, a stock I follow and used to own. I never could find out much about them, until now, and I am quite impressed with their size. Lots more interesting things on how they are involved in commodities. But what caught my eye was on pg 5, look at the size of this possible aqusition, here is the excerpt;

One recent rumor, according to Liberum's Rawlinson, is that Glencore might make a play for Kazakh miner ENRC, a London-listed FTSE-100 company with a market value of $21 billion -- too big to swallow now, but feasible once Glencore could issue shares as payment. Other majors would likely regard ENRC, which focuses on emerging nations including Congo, as too risky.
