Maybe these guys should make an aquisition or 2 to get their production up and appease shareholders.
Newmont Mining Corp. (NYSE: NEM) reported sharply higher fourth quarter earnings of $1.61 per share compared with $1.13 per share a year earlier but warned of lower gold and copper production in 2011. The stock price plunged $4.35 to close at $54.76.
