I would expect to see a lot of management selling of shares at the current SP in order to raise the personal cash to pick up their incentives at the much cheaper prices. If they were to sell enough personal shares all at once to buy out all their incentives it will likely drop the sp substantially. But would be a good indicator of a sell-off coming soon.
