Primed, to me, once we have the permits, this eliminates any risk of a sp retracement. If the sp does dip, it will only be for minutes or a few hours. The math with the permits takes virtually all the risk out of the equation for me and I would not be afraid to buy at any range from here up to $7 at this time. If unexpected pleasant surprises keep popping up with in this time, then that $7 will be increased accordingly.

I dont care what anyone else thinks or says, I have done my homework on SLI and no one is gonna change my mind at this point in time. This is one of the best prospects that I have seen and I,m sticking to my story.
