hi kemo, what I was trying to get at with barrick is, it looks like they came up with a lot of gold, but on a quick search, I couldnt find out where they got it. The numbers were not matching up for me in a couple different articles and it looked like there may have been 100 million ounces of gold descrepency.

It is/was a speculative thought on my part that the number in question by me would appear to match up to the possible amount of gold on the Tesoro. Maybe its just coincidence that the 2 numbers are a lot alike and there may not be any connection, but I did find it intriguing.

It was sloppy work on my part to even put the barrick thing on the board without digging deeper. I was tired last night and didnt want to search it out, so I thought I would throw it on the board to see if anyone else could help out and see if it amounted to anything. I appreciate those that did offer their explanations and may dig further myself when I feel better.

You see, we must have great news coming and when I put the post on the other night about Amarok, Newmont and our Cueva Blanca property, this intrigued me in such a way that I thought it could be somehow connected with news to come. Now last night, I found what I THOUGHT was a discrepency in barricks numbers, and wondered if this could be connected to our forthcoming news. All speculation on my part but I thought there was a chance it contained merit.
