First of all, we'll use todays price for gold & silver to get an updated resource value (I'll use the same numbers they did, however, you'd think there would have been an in the ground number?):

190,000 OZ of gold X $1375.10 = $261.27 Million

945,000 OZ of silver X $30.63 = $28.95 Million

Total = $290.22 Million X 40% divided by our fully diluted outstanding shares (approx 115 Million) should give you an approx value of $1.01 per share (For the Cueva Blanca Property)
