I would love to see a trading halt right now and freeze that 280,000 shares. Then have the permit news release and the Quantec 3D and watch that block get gobbled up!!!!Not sure if they would be able to pull it in time or not. I know its first come first serve so hope everyones watching closely during the next couple weeks.
