It seems that there is a lot of manipulation on the stock to keep it at this range. It was a couple weeks ago that there was a 250 000 buy order in at 1.75 so anyone wanting to get in had to buy above that or not get anything. Then it was pulled before being completely filled. Not sure, but when the permit comes they're playing risky games.
