An Environmental Impact Study ("EIS") which is required prior to drilling has been submitted to the

Peruvian government and the Company is now awaiting final approval. This will be the third EIS

completed on the Tesoro Property.

This may be part of the reason why murry has been saying "anyday". He most likely thought it would be any day, until we had to keep resubmitting or whatever. I know with talking with Murry the last month or so, he says "hopefully soon". I think the fact is, that he didn,t know exactly when it would come, just that he anticipated it at any time.

I would suspect he had a lot of calls on the "any day now" and realised that maybe it would/will take longer. The company probably thought the permit would not be an issue with investors, until they seen things dragging out, hence the Dec 31 nr, telling us that its 3 times submitted.

What I am getting at here, is; That there are mostly investors in this stock,not daytraders, and investors have a longer time horizon. The company does acknowledge the impatience and the "unknown" that is currently being felt, and I beleive where we haven,t got a nr for almost a month, that the company must feel comfortable that they will arrive "soon"
