Your right Kemo. Lori stated she knows the date. There must be other things in play. Things that should benefit the shareholders.

A premature move could move the SP to $5 instead of waiting for the right time where the SP could drive to $100+.

Nothing needs to be disclosed "TILL MANAGEMENT GAINS KNOWLEDGE!", so they don't gain their knowledge till the right time.
