I am not familiar with the gold mining process. Does it use a lot of water? Does anyone think the Tesoro's location will factor negatively into a potential sale price? It is in a relatively remote location with no water source nearby. Also, the native soil looks like pretty hard rock - this would drive up the mining costs, would it not? The access to the site is just a dirt road - it would probably have to be upgraded.

Low mining costs would of course be attractive to a buyer. What are everyone's thoughts on this? Do you think it will have any bearing at all on the sale price? Or not really a factor?
