It has been a while since I have posted as I have been away working and then with the holidays so close, etc....

Since my busy Dec schedule most of it away from home, I have keep up on the posts and discussion since the AGM. It has been good stuff. The data and communication sure has been informative over the past year or so. Keep up the good work everyone (Sculpin, Kemo, BOW2U, WXOF, everyone,,).

Hog, I laugh everytime I see your new happy pig, as I can still remember that spooky looking one you had for a while. lol, Good times.

Anyways on to the business side of things:

• Shorts

IMHO it is pretty safe to say the shorters are at a minimum someone trading through Cannacord (others involved as well). It will be interesting to see if they can pull their position back over the next few days as the year will soon be closing out and the TSFA buying and excitement builds for SLI news to hit the wire. Their position will also be exposed publically again by the first few day in Jan. I feel there will be steady downward pressure by the shorters as they need to get the position back lower than they sold. This thinking brings me to believe they will take another run at the stock to try once again to spread artificial fear in the market so they can achieve this buy back. If they are not successful it will result in a nice bump in SP. I can't believe someone would try this at this stage of the game. To each their own - I hope they get burnt bad!

• 2011 EIS news

It was very encouraging to see the news from the Peruvian gov't on the EIS commitment the first 2 quarters of 2011. Yes, our area was mentioned in their statement. If I still can enter my bid for the Permit date - I will pick Jan 26th.

• Other property and news to look forward to into 2011

Don't forget everyone, about our other properties as there is news to expect from Vilcro, BC properties, as well as developments at Tesoro.

What an exciting year to look forward to with our little company. Some of these other companies presently trading in the $10-$15 range are stating inferred reserves under 10 million onces.

Also, just a note on Ventanna - Keep watching and see where this one settles on the take over bids. This will be what we are dealing with in the future.
