Now I know what the saying mixed emotions means. I'm happy to see the increase because of what I already hold. But I wouldn't have minded if it stayed down until my 2011 TFSA was in place. How would everyone feel if the drill permit arrived in the next two days? The TFSA issue might cloud things a little, but I expect most people would be smiling brightly.
