New Website

I have been on the link to the new website on 3 occasions to monitor the progress in anticipation of a launch. I am not an IT guy but there does not seem to be any progress with this process since my first visit.....this is like waiting for the DP release.

If I was contracted to set up a web site I would want it up and running ASAP so I could get payment. Does anybody know anything about website set up and if things are being done behind what we see when we click on the link?
