No you should not, if you look back the other day to all the TFSA posts, you'll see a link regarding TFSA. In that, there is a paragraph about Deliberate Overcontributions.

Bottom Line, it should be first trading day of 2011 (Which I think is Tuesday Jan 04, 2011? I think the market is closed Monday Jan 03, 2011)
