Interesting indeed.
For whatever reason, Intigold is now (I believe) more or less a SLI subsidiary. Mr. Bain was already a Director and likely controlled a voting block. I believe the votes that elected Ms. McClenahan, Mr. Braucht and Mr Sandher were of the SLI treasury. Ms. Whyte now also fills the same position in both companies. Control of both companies is in the same hands.
Beaverdell is back with us. The claim SLI/IGD has does not take in Wallace Mountain which has been the most prolific and exploited area in that region. I grew up in Kelowna and spent a lot of time exploring the dozens of mines on Wallace Mnt. Wallace Mnt. has more holes than swiss cheese. Our claim is to the north and west and has far fewer past mining attempts. Beaverdell was for the most part a producer of silver. Other metals were secondary. Towards the northwest also lies Carmi. My read of the map is that the NW potion of the Beaverdell claim boarders the east of the Carmi claim. The dynamics between SLI/IGD and Hi Ho Silver will also be interesting to watch
Carmi was a past gold producing area and we now know that it also holds Moly. The mining in that area as a whole (Carmi & Beaverdell) had pretty much ceased because of economics. Now with prices higher, mining there may again be worth while. There is metal there. The $49 question is, is it commercially exploitable and is someone willing to take it up.
I am very much looking forward to hear from Lori et al as to how matters will proceed with the SLI/IGD & Hi Ho relationship. Maybe we have more on the front burner than Tesoro.
