I have gotten one of my co-workers to invest in sli and we keep having discussions about the possible dividend payout when the tesoro property is sold. He is quite convinced that all the numbers being thrown around are absolute garbage because he has never heard of any payouts in those ranges. I know we may have a one of a kind property here, but does anyone know of any other sales that resulted in a decent payout??
