In particular I'm on the fence regarding fixing the number of directors at 4. There is the too many cooks adage, but also the more the merrier and potentially 5 heads could be better than 4. Depending on whose heads of course.

I wish my ability to see into the future was more highly evolved. The company's directors could be in for a very interesting year. As could all of us.
