Message: Who Dropped The BALL?

Could someone please tell me who dropped the ball with regards to the permit application. We are now at month 11 since it was supposed to have been submitted. Everyone always talks about how wonderful Lori is, but how wonderful is she really when she can't even get the people working for her to submit a permit application properly. Especially since the company knew that new Canadian rules were coming into place regarding EIS. Somebody dropped the ball and all Murray does is go around being the coach saying we have the right game plan, we just don't know the rules of the game and that is why we aren't that great yet. Anyday now has become any month now and soon to be any year now. A permit for a Oilsands Pilot Projet takes 9-12 months for approval, is a 225 page document and is very complicated and requires very skilled people to get it done properly. A permit for drilling cores in Peru cannot possibly be as complicated as a Oilsands Pilot, so the question that needs to be asked is, what is going really going on? Is the person responsible for the ball dropping still around working for SLI? If so that sure doesn't sit well with me knowing that. We all learn from our mistakes I understand that, but in this situation it is getting almost ridiculous. Kemo, Sculpin, Hog, what do you know about then exploration team. Whose responsibility is it for the filing of the drilling permit?
