Hi countingmypennies ,IMO, its nothing to be concerned with. These guys get little pay and have bills too! If it was 100,s k I might be concerned, but this little bit of controlled selling tells me that he most likely reluctantly sold only what he had to. Off the top of my head, I remember 2 other stocks I was in that I saw quite a bit of insider selling , only to see these same 2 stocks go to knew highs within weeks. Sometimes they sell some of their common shares to get the cash to exercise their warrants which provides them with a greater gain down the road. When they do this, it provides them with income that they need by selling a few shares here and there. They have to live too, and IMO this may very well be the case now. It is probably a bad time to be selling, but if he has no choice, well I would probably do the same.
