It is eerily quiet!

I've been giving thought to the upcoming rainy season and possible drilling. It doesn't seem that the Tesoro area gets a lot of rain, so is the main concern the Rio Acari rising so it can't be crossed? If the route through Coracora is longer, it shouldn't be a huge problem. Even if it is two days longer, that is better than waiting months to start drilling, once the elusive permit arrives.

Just speculating.
