I agree Sculpin, we left about 12,000 acres out of the equation. I was for sure not trying to create any inflated numbers, it was just what the numbers came to.

However, that is why I like this site, because we can have good conversation, many different ideas and points, and bottom line, we're not always going to agree with each other.
