I would guess that management is working on some kind of solution to the split scenario. The biggest problem I think will be in putting a value on the Tesoro and finding out what the rest of the company would be valued at. I think this might be a complex situation for management to resolve because then you would have to figure out a share structure. Maybe someone else here knows how this goes or what are the alternatives?
