nice post primed24, I did see this point you make about spinoff companies awhile back. Its for sure something will have to be done in the event of a takeover/sale. I think I mentioned before that I would like the Tesoro to become a separate entity and the rest of our company split off, because if we are bought out, I dont want to lose the rest of our company. I beleive there is a lot of potential in the rest of the company and would like to receive cash from the Tesoro and reinvest some of that back into the remaining properties. Anyone else got thoughts on this??
