I personally would not like to see a split. Let it run, sell the tesoro, pay the shareholders in cash or dividend, then we can reinvest in the existing SLI without that dilution. I will put a lot of my Tesoro profits back into SLI if we keep a low share float. If it doesnt stay attractive i will most likely look for other opportunities.The more you dilute a stock, the more volitility you get in it and slower sp appreciation. I dont think in this situation that a split would benefit the shareholder OR company. A pp can be done at any price as long as there is a good chance for increased value / sp appreciation.This is tightly held and partially explains why we have a strong stock base, its been attempted to knock our sp down, but it doent work. This means a steady sp rise to who knows where!
