This afternoon I had a conversation with a fellow investor which included your Christmas analogy. The anticipation makes for a very exciting time. I'm much happier to have money in SLI than a trip to Vegas (I like our odds much better!) but there are some parallels. People don't go to Vegas and gamble because it's boring.
Ran some more math based on semi-conservative numbers such as 3/4 oz per ton and an ovoid double the size of the first Quantec survey. Saw the boss soon after and had to bite my tongue really hard. If all goes well, by next spring at the latest, I'll be able to give him some strongly worded suggestions for how to run things!
Patience, ah, patience!
